00:10 has seeked to question the integrity of one of the most incredible female leaders
00:20 we've ever had in our sport, and with Suzy Wolfe,
00:25 without questioning, without any evidence, and then just saying sorry at the end.
00:32 And that's just unacceptable.
00:35 So we've got a lot of great people within the sport that are doing amazing work.
00:43 There is a constant fight to really improve diversity and inclusion within the industry,
00:51 but it seems that there are certain individuals in the leadership within the FIA
00:58 that every time we try and make a step forward, they're trying to pull us back.
01:02 And that has to change.
01:04 You know, I think this is a global sport, and we have such an incredible opportunity
01:10 and actual responsibility to be leaders of change.
01:14 And as we're traveling to all those countries around the world,
01:16 we have a responsibility to make sure that we're pushing in the right direction.
01:20 So I do want to acknowledge that there are a lot of people out there doing great work.
01:25 But, yeah, we need to make some change to make sure that we're all pushing in the right direction.
