17:18 The IPOPHIL's 16-page decision was denied by Tito Soto, Vic Soto, and Joey De Leon, after they were able to prove how the program was formed.
17:29 The Legal Counsel of TAPE, Inc. said that they have not yet received the copy of the decision.
