Weather disaster wrecks roof and other parts of a scaffolding structure in Lisbon

Everything was not fine in Lisbon, Portugal on October 17, 2023, and the distressing proof is shown in this footage.
Shared by Dennis Pereira Silva, this clip shows the sad state of a building right after a weather disaster.
"Bad weather resulted in the roof and part of the scaffolding structure to collapse," Dennis told WooGlobe. "This happened in the Bairro Alto neighborhood in Lisbon."
Given the size of the structure, the people in the area were lucky that the entire thing didn't collapse, as it could have caused irreversible damage.
