Here's how to make bruschetta with just a handful of ingredients by the head chef of Franco Manca.

and today I'll show you how to make a bruschetta.

So, we start with the tomatoes.

Our tomatoes come from the Isles of Wight.

What we're gonna do, we're gonna get different varieties of tomato,

as you can see here, different colors,

just to give a nicer look to your bruschetta.

And we're gonna chop them too.

Once all of your tomatoes are cutted, chopped,

you're gonna mix them together.

Then we'll add a bit of salt,

a few pinches of oregano,

and some basil leaves.

Make sure when you do your basil leaves,

don't use a knife to cut it,

otherwise they're gonna get black very, very fast.

Some olive oil,

and mix them well.

Our next step is to get our bread ready and toasted.

In this case, I'm gonna be using our sourdough bread.

Rub your bread, put it in the toaster.

Once your bread is nice and crisp,

it doesn't need to be completely toasted,

just nice and crispy, OK?

Get it off the toaster,

get one garlic,

and scratch it on the base of the bread.

Just so this way, you're only giving the flavor to the bread,

And you're gonna enhance the flavor of the garlic.

After that, you can just prepare to serve.
