Amelia, 8, shows true meaning of Christmas with bracelet fundraiser for disadvantaged children

Amelia Lucas explains her bracelet fundraiser to support disadvantaged children this Christmas.

00:00 Okay then Amelia, what have you been doing to raise money for Baby Bondleson?

00:04 I've been making bracelets. At first I was going to sell my toys but then I decided I was going to make some bracelets.

00:14 And how much do you sell these bracelets for?

00:16 One pound each.

00:18 And this money I understand goes to raise money to buy presents for these children doesn't it?

00:22 Yeah.

00:23 So what was it which made you decide to do this?

00:25 I wanted to decide to do this because on the news I saw that the baby bank, some kids weren't getting much toys at Christmas or any.

00:39 So I started to cry and I wanted to sell my toys at first but then my mum said we would find out an idea.

00:51 And then we came up of making bracelets because I love making bracelets and it's very fun for me to do.

01:01 And how do you feel knowing you're helping these young children and babies on Christmas morning?

01:05 I feel very happy.
