00:05 Three weather systems are affected in our country.

00:09 Northeast Monsoon or AMIHAN, SHEERLINE, and the TROUGH or the Extension Area of the Low-Precious Area.

00:17 The Low-Precious Area is located outside of our Philippine Area of Responsibility,

00:24 990 kilometers away from the northeastern Mindanao.

00:30 Based on our data, the chance of a storm is still low and it is possible to enter the park today.

00:39 In our current weather, there are scattered rains and thunderstorms in Cagayan,

00:49 along with the Baboyan Islands, Batanes, Bicol Region, and Palawan.

00:55 So, we remind our countrymen to be careful due to the rain that may cause floods or landslides.

01:05 In the cold part of the season, it will be beautiful and bright,

01:11 except for isolated and mild rains.

01:15 To our countrymen, in the Northern Summer and Eastern Summer,

01:24 Dabaw de Oro, Dabaw Oriental, Karaga, Basilan, Sulu, and Tawi-Tawi,

01:31 be careful due to the scattered rains and thunderstorms that may cause floods or landslides.

01:41 Meanwhile, in the southern part of the Philippines and Mindanao,

01:47 we will have fair weather today,

01:50 except for localized thunderstorms that may cause sudden rainfalls.

01:58 Due to the strong winds of the Amihan, we still have gale warning.

02:07 The gale warning is in Batanes, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, Cagayan, along with the Baboyan Islands,

02:15 Isabela, Aurora, Northern Coast of Quezon, along with Puliuyo Island, Camarines Norte, Albay, Calayaan Islands,

02:26 Sorsogon, Northern and Eastern Coast of Catanuanes, Northern and Eastern Coast of Northern Summer,

02:35 Eastern Coast of Eastern Summer, Dinagat Island, and Eastern Coast of Surigao del Norte.

02:44 The waves in the mentioned areas can be high and very high.

02:52 The high waves can reach up to 5 meters.

02:57 So, we are reminding our fellow Filipinos to not go to these areas for our safety.

03:05 In our weather outlook, it will continue to be good and clear,

03:16 except for isolated and severe rains in Metro Manila.

03:21 We will enjoy the weekend, except for isolated and severe rains due to the Amihan or Northeast Monsoon.

03:32 But for our fellow Filipinos in Legazpi City,

03:38 the weather will be rainy for three days, where we still have strong rains.

03:48 So, we should be careful due to these rains,

03:51 which can cause floods or landslides.

03:55 Due to the shear line, the weather will be rainy for the next three days in Metro Cebu.

04:17 But in Metro Davao, we will have fair weather,
