00:28 You can use rose water directly on your skin as a skin toner
00:32 It glows your skin & also nourishes your skin
00:35 To make your own rose water at home
00:37 All you need is some rose petals, ice cubes & water
00:43 Put a stand inside the pan
00:45 & add all the rose petals in it
00:48 Push the petals to the sides of the pan
00:53 Now add enough water to the pan
00:56 to cover all the rose petals
00:59 & place a bowl on the stand
01:01 Cover the pan with its lid upside down
01:05 Place few ice cubes on the inverted lid
01:09 & let the solution simmer on medium low heat for about 20-30 minutes
01:17 If the ice melts you can add more ice cubes to it
01:23 After 20-30 minutes when the rose petals turns white
01:31 turn off the heat, remove the bowl from the pot & allow it to cool
01:36 Your rose water is ready
01:38 Through the process of condensation
01:44 Let it cool & then transfer it into a sterile bottle

02:02 Squeezing blackheads is not the best way to get rid of blackheads

02:39 The small granules of the soda exfoliates the skin
02:45 While the lactic acid present in the milk clears the pores & makes your skin clean & clear
02:51 Apply this paste in a circular motion on your skin
02:54 or on your blackheads & leave it for 10-15 minutes & then rinse it off
02:59 You can do this twice or thrice a week to get rid of blackheads

03:09 Today i am going to tell you how to grow wheat grass at home
03:13 Growing wheat grass is very simple
03:16 You have to take 1 handful of wheat grains
03:19 Wash it & soak it in water for at least 1 day
03:25 Then next day you have to drain all the water & put it in a thin cloth
03:33 Extract the water & cover it with a cloth & keep it in the same container for 1 more day
03:41 Third day you will notice that sprouts have come out of it
03:47 Then you have to dig those sprouts in the soil & put the soil on it again
03:54 & put water & keep it in a place where it gets enough sunlight

04:01 After 5-6 days you will notice that the green grass has grown up to 5-6 inches

05:09 Extract the gel from the leaf
05:12 Put 2 tbsp of gel in the blender
05:15 Blend it to thin the gel
05:17 Once the gel is thin add orange juice to it & blend it again
05:21 Now add little water & blend it again
05:25 Your aloe vera juice is ready to use
05:27 Blend this mixture for around 1 minute
05:29 Your aloe vera juice is ready
05:31 Pour it into the glass & just enjoy your juice
05:33 Today i am going to make a detox water
05:36 Detoxification refers to elimination of toxins from our body
05:41 We are exposed to various chemicals & biochemical toxins which are present in food, water & environment

05:50 So, i am going to make a ginger lemon detox water
05:54 Which will help you in removing all the toxins from the body & avoid health problems
05:59 And for that you need 2 lemons, 2 spoon of grated ginger & for around 2 glasses of water
06:06 So, let us boil some water in a pan
06:10 The water is hot enough, let's put this grated ginger
06:22 And again let it boil for 5 minutes
06:24 The water is boiling, let's switch off the flame
06:32 And we will squeeze the lemon juice
06:50 We will take all the lemons
06:53 Lemon juice is ready, so let us pour this in a jug
07:07 Now we add some cold water

07:47 Yes, soya soup is very beneficial for health
07:50 Because it has many nutrients which keep your body healthy

07:59 It is said that you should eat very light food at night
08:02 You can eat food but you feel little bit hungry after that
08:07 And to fulfill this hunger you can make soya soup in dinner
08:12 And its very easy recipe, i will tell you that only
08:16 For making soya soup, we need 1 bowl of soya chunks
08:19 1 spoon of butter, salt to taste and red chili powder
08:22 First of all, soak the soya chunks in hot water and leave it for 15 minutes
08:27 After that squeeze them well
08:30 Take a pan and add butter in it
08:33 Add soya chunks and fry them lightly
08:36 After frying, add mixed vegetables in it
08:40 Fry them for some time and add 1/2 cup of water
08:44 And leave it to boil for some time
08:47 When it starts boiling, add salt and red chili powder
08:53 So, your soya soup is ready after doing this much
08:57 If you want to make it more tasty, squeeze some lemon juice on top
09:03 And your healthy soya soup will be ready to drink

09:17 Today I am going to teach you a soup which will remove the bad habits in your body
09:23 And it is also a balanced diet for your health
09:27 So, first of all I will tell you the name of that soup
09:30 That soup is called as Moong Dal and Spinach soup
09:34 In which there is a lot of protein and iron
09:38 So, let's see the procedure of making this soup and what all ingredients we will use in it
09:46 For that we require 2 tsp of Olive Oil
09:49 1 tsp of fresh ginger
09:51 2 garlic cloves
09:52 1 tsp of black pepper powder
09:54 1 pinch of red chili flakes
09:56 2 tsp of cumin powder
09:58 1/2 tsp of cinnamon powder
10:00 1.5 tsp of lemon juice
10:03 2 tsp of pumpkin seeds
10:05 And 1/4 tsp of walnuts powder
10:06 Salt as per taste
10:08 1 cup of chopped onion
10:10 1.5 cup of chopped coriander
10:12 1 cup of washed and peeled moong dal
10:15 1 cup of chopped spinach
10:17 1.5 cup of chopped carrot
10:19 4 cups of water and you can also use vegetable stock in it
10:24 For making this soup, take a big bowl and add 1 tsp of oil
10:28 Add cumin seeds and add chopped vegetables
10:33 Leave it for 10 mins to cook
10:35 Don't add spinach first, add it later
10:38 After adding spinach, leave it to cook on low flame
10:42 Add moong dal and leave it to cook for some time
10:46 After cooking, let it cool down and then grind it in a mixer
10:52 If it is too thick then you can add some water
10:55 Your soup is ready, add some lemon juice
11:00 And to garnish it add some coriander and tomato
11:03 See, how tasty it tastes
11:06 In this way your soup will be ready
11:09 This soup is tasty and also beneficial for your health
11:14 You can have it in lunch as it is a balanced diet
11:19 But I would suggest you not to have this soup at night
11:23 As any type of dal makes gas at night
