00:00The Greek philosopher Heraclitus once said, change is the only constant in life, and I get the feeling that Meta, formerly known as Facebook, has quite literally taken that as a challenge, which means that for those of us small business owners that are using the platform to promote our business, well, a lot of the tips and tools, features on the platform can get outdated really quickly.
00:25Take, for instance, this video right here that I posted in November of 2020, How to Post Multiple Facebook Groups 2020. By February of 2021, I had to put a disclaimer on that video that Facebook had disabled the feature that was allowing me to very quickly and easily share a post across multiple Facebook groups.
00:47And as somebody who uses this consistently week after week, because I share weekly marketing videos and I share these across multiple Facebook groups, I then went from taking about 10 seconds to be able to create a post and share it across all these groups to now having to take several minutes to copy and paste the same post across multiple Facebook groups.
01:12So imagine my surprise and delay when the other day when the other day when I was tinkering in Facebook, I saw that they had actually brought this feature back.
01:22So in today's video, if you're looking for the most recent and updated way to share your Facebook post across multiple Facebook groups in 2022, keep watching because in this video, I'm going to show you where you can access this feature and how very easily and quickly now you can share a Facebook post in multiple Facebook groups.

02:23Okay, so right now I'm going to tap into my computer and show you where you can now access this feature to be able to post to multiple Facebook groups at once.
02:33Okay, so to begin with, I've logged into Facebook right now and I'm going to head over to my business Facebook page.
02:41I'm going to come up here and switch my profile to The Seasoned Marketer. That's my business page.
02:48Now, over here to the left, you're going to see options and the one option that you are looking for is going to be the Meta Business Suite option.
02:57If you have not activated or switched over to Meta Business Suite, you'll want to do that in order to gain access to being able to share onto multiple Facebook groups at once.
03:10Here I am in the Meta Business Suite side of my Facebook business page and I'm going to head over here to Planner and hit Create.
03:27And so now I'm able to create a new post. Now, you'll notice that if you have your Facebook and Instagram integrated, here to the left-hand side, you'll see options for both of those.
03:38I also here have access to publish onto the Facebook group that I'm an admin to.
03:46But let me clarify, you do not have to be an admin in order to utilize this feature and to post to multiple Facebook groups at once.
03:56So I'm about to show you how to do that. I've already typed out what I want for my verbiage on my post.
04:03So I'm going to paste that right here. And basically what I'm going to post is if you're feeling overwhelmed with the marketing, you know, if you're a small business, we can help.
04:14We have a resourceful business owner community that you could join to get free marketing resources.
04:20And I'm going to add this photo here from my desktop to go with it.
04:28So the image is going to be this image right here.
04:32And then I have the caption already done.
04:39So I am ready to post this up here because I have the Facebook business page, the season marketer selected.
04:47I don't want to post on Instagram, so I am not going to select the Instagram option.
04:52And I do not want to post it onto the Facebook group that I'm an admin to, the resourceful business owner community group,
05:02because those people are already signed up for the community.
05:05So I don't need to ask them to sign up for it.
05:08I'm going to click right here to where it says see more groups.
05:12And you'll notice up pops all of the groups that I am a member of.
05:17Now, I do want to clarify that these groups right here, the support small business, South Carolina,
05:24Hanahan small business, Goose Creek small business owners forum, businesses of Charleston and surrounding areas,
05:30small YouTubers boost and the self-employed small business owners and entrepreneurs.
05:34These groups I am a member of under the season marketer business page.
05:40I have groups that I am a member of as well, personally, under my own personal account.
05:48But for the business page, this is here are the groups that I'm a member of and that I can actually post to.
05:55So I'm not going to select that top one resourceful business owner community for the reasons I've already told you.
06:01I am going to select the support small business, South Carolina,
06:07Hanahan small business, Goose Creek small business owners forum.
06:12It just allows you to select three of them at a time.
06:15We're going to do those three.
06:17I'm going to hit save and then I am going to publish.
06:26There we go.
06:27We are publishing to all three of those Facebook groups on top of our season marketer Facebook page.
06:35Now, let's go in and check it to make sure that it did post to them.
06:38Some of the groups I'm a member of actually require an admin to approve the post.
06:44So they still may not reflect until the admin actually approves the post.
06:49But for one of them, I believe, I do know for a fact, does not require admin.
06:57And one of those is going to be the, I believe, support small business South Carolina group.
07:08So let's see if it posted it on here.
07:11So there's my post.
07:13It worked.
07:13It actually posted on this one.
07:16Let's see if the Goose Creek small business owners forum group also.
07:20This one, I think the admin has to approve it.
07:23Oh, no, it's posted on that one as well, too.
07:27So that's two of the three groups that we selected and it did post.
07:32The last one, I think, was the Hanahan small business.
07:40And that one still has not posted because for that one, I do think we need admin.
07:45And yes, so you'll see it says pending post, one post.
07:49So I can hit manage post.
07:51And it'll show me the post that I just created using this post to multiple groups features.
07:58The one thing it looks like it is going to limit you to posting to three groups.
08:02And that's probably for spamming reasons.
08:05You can determine how useful that is for you.
08:08For me, if you notice, I only had a select group of Facebook groups that I'm a part of
08:13through the Season Marketer as a business page, which means that for me, it's probably something
08:19that is going to save me a little bit of time because then I could also schedule it to post
08:24to the other groups maybe, I don't know, a couple hours later.
08:29So maybe I could do three of the groups in the morning and three of the groups in the
08:34afternoon, but I'll play around and try that as well.
08:38Okay.
08:38So here's the thing.
08:39Since I am a part of all of the other Facebook groups through my personal page, because some
08:45of these groups don't allow you to join as a business, but it requires a personal Facebook
08:50profile.
08:50So that means that I will not be able to use this feature for the groups that I'm a member
08:58of through my personal Facebook account.
09:02So that's a little bit of a bummer, but because this is something that you have to access through
09:07Meta Business Suite and Meta Business Suite is only available to Facebook business profiles.
09:14That's the one key here.
09:16So I am still going to have to utilize my good old fashioned copy and pasting and uploading
09:22the picture for every single group for the ones that I'm a member of through my personal
09:27page, my personal Facebook profile.
09:30But if this saves you time, you know, like I said, you can schedule three at a time.
09:36So just kind of set them up in intervals and maybe give it an hour or two in between.
09:41And you can use the Meta Business Suite to coordinate and to schedule those.
