Cash Point is an application program created to assist small and medium businesses with systematic procedures in terms of managing finances, stock monitoring and cashier transaction activities. Cash Points can be used for various forms of business such as retail, restaurants and others. This software is 100% Free / Freeware licensed, you can download and use it without being charged.
The interface is simple and easy to understand. If we log in with the admin user, we will find several main menus:
1. Cashier, functions for sales and purchase transactions, managing cash in and cash out.
2. Master, input purchases and make sales arrangements, cash in, cash out, suppliers and employees.
3. Journal, here you can see transactions in the desired period. There are date settings that can make it easier to find out transactions within a certain period, such as daily, weekly, monthly or per day transactions according to your needs.
4. Stock, on the stock page we can see the stock of items we still have.
5. Database, this page functions to back up data and restore. This back up is needed to save a backup file if something happens to the software (an error for example).
6. Settings, here we can set the display of the shop name for the cashier printout and for the home screen interface
This software can be downloaded at dafearsoft.org, but unfortunately the last time I visited this website, the domain had no longer been extended.
Disadvantages of the Cash Point Application:
- Like other Mass Free Apps, this app cannot be customized.
- This application is no longer being continued by the developer so there will be no updates and you can't complain if you have problems.
- There are no clear instructions for use so you have to learn it yourself
