Millissa Hutchinson, 30, took to TikTok to share the special moment with her 150,000 followers.   Five-year-old Keegan is seen in what Millissa described as the moment he "realised his voice".  The non-verbal superstar managed to say exactly what Millissa was asking when she said: "say more".  Keegan is heard in the video saying "more" multiple times and his own positive reaction sends his mum into a frenzy.
