Dobbs making an instant big impact at the Vikings

O'Connell expects Dobbs to fit right in at the Vikings after leading them to glory against the Falcons.

00:15 but he's got that in his makeup clearly,

00:17 and very proud of the way he came in and battled.

00:23 There was a lot of moments in that game

00:26 where there was some real-time coaching going on.

00:28 I love the fact that we got a two-minute opportunity

00:30 at the end, because that allowed me to talk to him

00:33 the whole time, which I'm sure he's tired of hearing my voice,

00:35 as you can hear from the sound of it right now.

00:38 Used it quite a bit.

00:39 The communication was awesome.

00:40 Obviously, given the circumstance,

00:42 not having any reps with the guys out there,

00:44 but the way they were able to respond, communicate to me

00:47 of how I can be better.

00:48 I was able to communicate to them what I was seeing.

00:50 And from there, man, we were just

00:52 able to go out and play good team football.

00:54 And so that's what it takes every Sunday

00:56 to piece together wins in the NFL.
