Marcos: Israel to help Filipinos trapped in Gaza cross border
President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. says the Israeli government has promised to let Filipinos trapped in Gaza to cross the Rafah border by Friday, Nov. 3, 2023, or Saturday, Nov. 4, 2023. Marcos made the announcement in press briefing in Malacanang on Friday. The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) said about 115 Filipino workers remained at the Gaza border awaiting their turn to cross into Egypt.
