00:00 Ladies and gentlemen, the entries are at the starting buoy, and this great motorboat race is about to get underway.

00:09 We have Commodore Cromley in his 18,000 horsepower boat, the Sea Splitter.

00:14 [applause]

00:17 Next, we have Sir Nevil Evil in his powerful boat, the Wave Wacker.

00:23 [applause]

00:25 Fresh from the Florida Everglades, we have Daredevil Danny in his exotic airboat.

00:32 [applause]

00:35 And last and least, we have Tom and Jerry in their small but highly touted boat, the Dingy Dingy.

00:43 [applause]

00:44 And now, let's get to the committee boat for the start of the race.

00:47 Gentlemen, start your engines.

00:51 [music]

00:55 Whoops. A little mishap there.

00:59 [music]

01:06 [quacking]

01:09 [music]

01:12 [quacking]

01:13 [music]

01:22 [crash]

01:24 [music]

01:29 Tom is back aboard, and the race is about to start.

01:35 They're off!

01:37 The powerful boats are throwing a tremendous weight, and Tom and Jerry are swamped at the starting line.

01:54 Sir Nevil Evil is setting a blistering pace in his Wave Wacker.

02:00 The Commodore family is right on his turn.

02:05 After a slow start, Tom and Jerry are back in the race.

02:09 They're gaining on Daredevil Danny. They're passing the airboat. They're gaining on Commodore Crumbly.

02:37 Tom and Jerry are back on course and running full speed ahead to make up lost time.

02:42 The other boats are running mega-back as they approach the first buoy.

02:46 Look out! Sir Nevil Evil is locked in.

02:50 Tom and Jerry pass Sir Nevil and move into third place.

02:58 They're gaining on Daredevil Danny. They pass the airboat.

03:02 They're passing Commodore Crumbly. Tom and Jerry have taken the lead.

03:07 And now Daredevil Danny is fighting back.

03:10 I'll show him.

03:12 He adjusts his trim tabs and the airboat takes to the air.

03:17 He passes Commodore Crumbly.

03:21 He passes Tom and Jerry.

03:24 Sir Nevil Evil is skimming along trying to get back into the race.

03:31 The airboat still has the lead but Sir Nevil Evil is right on his turn battling to take over first place.

03:38 And by superb seamanship he passes the airboat.

03:47 Followed by Commodore Crumbly who is now in second place.

03:51 And Tom and Jerry who are in third place.

03:54 The three boats are racing for the turn around the lighthouse.

03:58 Sir Nevil is grouting the Commodore on the turn. Look out!

04:03 And Tom and Jerry move into the lead.

04:07 As Sir Nevil Evil makes minor repairs.

04:11 While Sir Nevil Evil was repairing his boat, Daredevil Danny moved into second place and is gaining on Tom and Jerry.

04:20 And the boats head for the torturous channel through the outer islands.

04:26 Tom and Jerry pass Sir Nevil.

04:28 They pass Commodore Crumbly.

04:30 They pass the airboat.

04:32 And Tom and Jerry are in the lead as they leave the outer islands.

04:36 Daredevil Danny is fighting back.

04:38 He opens up and the airboat regains the lead as the boats head for the treacherous turn under the pier.

04:45 (Horn honks)

04:47 Now the boats head for the narrow breakwater cut which leads into the home stretch channel.

05:07 But look out! A cruise ship is anchored across the cut.

05:13 (Splash)

05:15 (Gasps)

05:34 (Splash)

05:36 (Screams)

05:39 (Explosion)

06:02 (Groaning)

06:04 Tom and Jerry are back in the race.

06:13 They're gaining on the airboat.

06:15 Tom and Jerry are skipping along the water like a flat rock.

06:26 They are overtaking Sir Nevil.

06:30 And Tom and Jerry are in second place.

06:33 They're closing fast on Commodore Crumbly.

06:35 (Horn honks)

06:37 Tom and Jerry are heading for the finish line.

06:47 They're going to win this grueling race.

06:59 And the new ocean racing champs are Tom and Jerry.
