Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic dissolved parliament on Wednesday and announced snap
00:06
parliamentary elections will be held on the 17th of December.
00:11
The announcement comes after European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen on Monday called
00:15
on Serbia to de facto recognize Kosovo.
00:19
However, Vucic is refusing to sign the EU-brokered agreement aimed at normalizing relations between
00:25
the two countries over a clause on the management of northern Kosovo, home to many ethnic Serbs.
