00:26 Remember how they first got back together? They were all about taking it slow and steady,
00:31 but it's like they've thrown that plan out the window. And especially after her last visit to town, it shaked him up even more.
00:37 Heather Stevens, Daniel's ex, and his baby mama, who returned with a boatload of unresolved feelings,
00:42 can't help feeling like she made a mistake leaving Daniel. And it's pretty obvious that Daniel hasn't entirely gotten over her either.
00:49 He did say her return had thrown him in for a loop. And let's not forget about Lucy, Daniel's daughter,
00:54 who's all in for her parents getting back together. I mean, who wouldn't want their parents together and happy.
01:00 So, she's counting on that little hope that they will be a happy family of three living together.
01:04 But Daniel is in denial and doesn't want to face his feelings. So what's he doing now?
01:09 Well, making an effort to keep the love alive with Lily,
01:12 but some of his recent actions say otherwise. On an episode that aired on October 4th,
01:17 he chose a meeting with his creative team over happily accepting Lily's invitation to Mamie Johnson's party where she wanted to introduce him to her.
01:24 Was it really that important? Sure, he probably didn't want to seem unreliable,
01:28 but his decision left Lily feeling pretty let down. And it's the little things that ruin a relationship.
01:33 Maybe Daniel and Lily are trying too hard to recreate the passionate love they had in their youth.
01:38 But as they've grown older, it seems like things just aren't clicking in quite the same way.
01:42 And it's about to be even harder with Heather back in town.
01:45 Yup, you heard it right.
01:47 According to YNR spoilers, Heather plans on leaving Portugal and is coming back to GC to stay. At first,
01:53 she was worried that Daniel would be unhappy to hear this news, but to her surprise, he was very happy that she is here.
01:58 He was happy that she and Lucy would be near him and not seven seas apart.
02:02 But we all know why Heather thought he wouldn't be happy to hear that.
02:05 Yup, because of Lily. Although Lily seems to be secure,
02:08 she can't help but be a little suspicious of Heather's return and trust us,
02:12 she won't be happy to hear this as well. Plus,
02:14 Daniel just made it worse because he kept a secret from her and we are pretty sure it involves Heather.
02:19 So it's sure that Heather will be causing some trouble between the couple which can lead Lily out of town.
02:24 Especially with Crystal Khalil, who plays Lily, pregnant. She is about to go on maternity leave soon.
02:29 So this storyline would fit perfectly.
02:32 So maybe Lily finds out about Daniel's lingering feelings and she will feel betrayed which makes her take a little time off and leave GC.
