Maharashtra Government Has Granted Permission To The Organisers To Hold Garba And Dandiya Until Midnight In Mumbai On October 21, 22, And 23. In A Letter To The Eknath Shinde-Led Government, BJP Leader Praveen Darekar Demanded That Timings Of Garba And Dandiya Should Be Extended. Following His Request, The State Government Decided To Extend The Time Limit For Garba & Dandiya From 10 PM To Midnight. Gopal Shetty, A BJP MP Representing North Mumbai, Has Urged The Government To Extend The Garba And Dandiya Deadline For Housing Societies. Shetty Demanded That Garba And Dandiya Should Be Allowed To Be Played In Housing Societies Till 11 PM On All Festival Days And Loudspeakers Should Be Allowed As Well.
