00:08 you're kind of, first few days, you kind of welcome it.

00:12 you're kind of seeking the next contest.

00:15 So, you know, look, we're in a great position in the league.

00:20 I think that's reflective of, like I said,

00:22 our performance so far,

00:23 but it doesn't really sort of change the way, you know,

00:29 I'm thinking of kind of what we're trying to build here.

00:33 It pains to say we're still very much at the beginning.

00:35 So my main focus is continual improvement in this group

00:40 because there's a lot of young players.

00:43 We've got a new group, new leadership,

00:46 new way of playing.

00:47 All these things are all at the early stages.

00:50 That's undeniable.

00:51 Whatever start we may have had, good, bad, or otherwise,

00:55 it doesn't change the fact it's still the beginning.

00:56 So my, not my challenge,

00:58 but my focus is on making sure we keep improving

01:03 you know, if we'd had a poor start is to,

01:05 and you know, I've done that in my career where,

01:07 you know, the beginnings haven't been great,

01:10 but what I've done during that time is make sure we stick,

01:13 stay true to what I wanted to build and the beliefs we had.

01:16 And it's the same when things are going well,

01:17 because if you get sidetracked

01:19 by how you're currently tracking

01:22 and move away from what the plan is,

01:24 then, you know, the traps are there for you to,

01:27 to sort of, you know, stumble.
