Charlene, 43, has admitted to PEOPLE that the past year has been “trying” due to a number of health issues she has faced. The Princess travelled to South Africa in mid-May but soon after arriving in the country, she began to experience complications following a sinus lift and bone graft procedure which she had undergone prior to her trip away. Both of these procedures had been undergone in preparation for dental implants which were due to take place soon after the Princess returned home. But due to the complications faced, the Princess had been forced to miss her 10th wedding anniversary with Prince Albert on 1 July.  From this, Charlene has had to rely on the use of FaceTime to speak with ...
