00:00 The Philippines' debt rose to a new record high of Php14.35 trillion according to the Bureau of the Treasury.

00:08 From Php14.24 trillion last July, the amount was added to Php105 billion this August.

00:15 The Bureau of the Treasury said that the debt rose due to the decrease in the Peso Contra Doliar.

00:21 Overall, more than 68 percent of the country's debt was borrowed while almost 32 percent was borrowed from other countries.
