00:05 Turkey has launched a suicide bomb attack yesterday morning.

00:09 Two attackers detonated a bomb outside the internal affairs building of Ankara, the capital.

00:14 The two attackers, labelled terrorists by the Turkish authorities,

00:18 One died on the spot, while the other was shot dead when he was fighting the police.

00:23 Two police officers were also seriously injured.

00:26 The Kurdish Workers' Party, which is classified as a terrorist organization by Turkey, the United States and the EU,

00:30 later claimed that it was responsible for the suicide attack.

00:34 As for the Turkish army, on the same night of the explosion,

00:37 they quickly launched a cross-border retaliation operation

00:40 and launched a large-scale air strike on the Kurdish Workers' Party base in Kurdish Northern Iraq.
