00:00 The Department of Public Works and Highways requested P257.13 billion in the budget for flood control and drainage projects in 2024.

00:13 Some congressmen asked why the flood is still a problem in the country even though DPWH is spending P1.4 trillion on flood projects.

00:24 Congressman Romeo Momo, a sponsor of the budget of DPWH, defended the request for funding for the completion of flood control projects.
