00:25 former attorney Robert Costello of violating the Federal Computer Fraud and Abuse Act when they
00:30 accessed Biden's hard drive. For the past many months and even years, defendants have dedicated
00:36 an extraordinary amount of time and energy toward looking for, hacking into, tampering with,
00:41 manipulating, copying, disseminating, and generally obsessing over data that they were given that was
00:46 taken or stolen from plaintiffs' devices or storage platforms, including what defendants
00:51 claim to have obtained from plaintiffs' alleged laptop computer, the filing read.
00:55 Tuesday's lawsuit is the latest aggressive action brought by the first son's legal team,
