00:24 It was decided that the price of dry rice would range from Php 19 to Php 23, while the

00:37 At present, the price of rice is Php 16 to Php 19.
00:42 I called a meeting of the NFA Council to see what can be done to reduce the price of buying

00:54 We decided that the buying price of dry rice would be Php 19 to Php 23, while the price
