00:43 Yeah, I've done a little bit.

00:45 I wrestled for 12 years and then jujitsu for about 12 as well.
00:49 I actually just got my brown belt this last year.

00:55 I actually won the world championships of jujitsu.
00:58 And I received my brown belt. I love teaching
