00:47 We have a lot of our elderly residents who actually pick strawberries on this field.

01:12 We do an assessment to determine their care needs and then everything else is all inclusive.

01:21 We have a beauty spa, they can be pampered, facials, massage, pedicures, manicures, there'll be no charge for that.

01:36 Beautiful bistro area with a bistro menu, designer coffees and again, no charge for friends, family or relatives.
01:45 We go out on luxury trips, theatre trips, we have a minibus, we have a chauffeur driven Mercedes that they can book also, no charge for that.
