00:20 and even show cause order of candidates

00:23 who may benefit from premature campaigning.

00:26 Comalec will confirm the due process of the complaints

00:30 that are being passed by the task force.

00:33 The poll body is also aware of the surprising misinformation

00:38 as of September 13,

00:40 470 show cause order were issued by the task force due to premature campaigning.

00:47 The complaint is verified, it is notarized,

00:49 our procedure is different.

00:51 We immediately refer it to the Lowy Department for docketing

00:55 and we will proceed to conduct a preliminary investigation based on the complaint.

01:00 The unverified complaints, we will wait for the answer,

01:03 explanation, if we find it unsatisfactory,

01:07 then we will conduct the preliminary investigation on that.

01:10 We have to institutionalize the mindset of everybody,

01:14 more particularly the candidates should be,

01:16 we have to follow the rules,

01:18 we have to follow the law.

01:20 Now, we need to sample the complaints.

01:23 That's why I instructed Director Romenglo,

01:25 we need to file a case and disqualify before October 13.
