00:46 - As we got closer, we realized how big this thing was.
00:54 It was massively enormous.
00:56 Just come stand so that people can see the size.
01:02 Put your hand on the ceiling.
01:05 We estimate it to be in the region of about
01:09 between 50 and 100 pounds or so.
01:12 So if that could size the cage,
01:17 imagine what size crocodile it was.
01:19 It was just very exciting to realize
01:23 that we had found something very special.
01:25 - Like their alligator cousins,
01:32 the Nile crocodiles are freshwater predators,
01:35 more comfortable attacking gnoos in ambush
01:38 than moving in the ocean.
01:39 What was this crocodile doing at sea?
01:46 And what did it kill?
01:49 - The more I inspect the head,
01:54 the more I saw that there were teeth marks on the side of it.
02:00 And being a different fisherman,
02:02 I was surprised to find that kind of thing.
02:04 It was a bit of a shark bite.
02:07 Something was happening, some drama,
02:09 something was happening.
02:10 - And you can see where the shark bit.
02:13 There's no doubt in my mind,
02:15 it's a shark that ever let that crocodile in,
02:18 and it cut its head off.
