00:05 Some houses, places in Quezon City and Manila were flooded again.

00:16 Ivan Pia, the road traffic is affected.

00:22 Some motorists are also affected by the rain because of the rain in Quezon City and Manila.

00:30 And Ivan Pia, the rain was heavy almost all day long in a large part of Quezon City.

00:36 In Timog Avenue, for example, the heavy rain has a strong wind.

00:44 Even if the rain stops, it already flooded some parts of Quezon City.

00:49 Like in a part of Amoranto in Panoluca of Araneta Avenue, where the rain is gutter deep and up to 20.

00:56 Some motorists did not stop the rain and just avoided it.

01:01 Some continued to pass while some children were drowning in the rain.

01:06 The Department of Health is taking care of the flood prevention because of leptospirosis.

01:12 In Manila, Ivan Pia, the traffic in the parts of Espana and De La Fuente Street where we are now, is slow because of the gutter deep flood.

01:22 The cars in Taft Avenue also got flooded.

01:26 The heavy rain in Panoluca of Quirino Avenue and Rojas Boulevard also poured.

01:31 In the middle of the flood, in Felix Huerta Street, some children were drowning even though they are infected.

01:39 Business as usual, some street vendors in Quezon Boulevard are going straight even though the road and sidewalks are flooded.

01:49 The rain was also strong that motorists in FB Harrison Street in Pasay City were able to withstand.

01:56 And here in our location in Panoluca of Quezon City and Manila,

01:59 there is a part of our back that is being flooded by the heavy rain caused by the traffic.

02:09 The flood monitoring of MMDA is on hold all afternoon for this.
