00:00 Hello and welcome everyone!
00:02 From the ingenious Bonobo who speaks sign language like a virtuoso
00:05 to the 6 dogs rescued by a volunteer after being trapped in a terrible cyclone,
00:10 here are the 10 animal sequences that asked for help from humans.
00:14 So, let's start!
00:15 Like most of the great apes, chimpanzees are extremely intelligent animals,
00:21 to the point that they can literally communicate with humans.
00:24 If you have trouble believing it,
00:25 rather watch this incredible sequence captured in a chimpanzee's glass cage.
00:29 Watch this young Bonobo who tells the lady to give him a little refreshment
00:33 to de-stress in these periods of heat.
00:36 The ingenious monkey points his finger at the good woman's racing bag,
00:40 where there are several small bottles of soda and some anchovies.
00:43 Using sign language wonderfully,
00:46 this chimpanzee was able to show the lady a small hole in the cage
00:49 where she could pour him the delicious lemonade.
00:52 Orcs are indeed the lords of the oceans,
00:56 which they travel without fear or fear.
00:59 These super predators are indeed beyond all threats,
01:02 since they are huge creatures, extremely intelligent and endowed with terrible power.
01:08 But sometimes it happens that even these sea mastodons may need help,
01:11 and in these moments of intense distress, only human beings can save them.
01:15 This sequence shows us the rescue of a young polar bear who got lost from his mother
01:20 and ended up falling on a beach.
01:22 His lack of experience in the sea currents made him head straight for the coast,
01:27 and once he fell on the sand, he had no chance of getting back to the sea.
01:31 It was a slow and painful death that awaited our little orc,
01:35 who then began to emit plaintive and desperate sounds.
01:38 The young polar bear was visibly in great distress,
01:41 and his plaintive cries were undoubtedly calls for help.
01:44 Fortunately for him, his cries did not fall into the ears of a deaf,
01:47 and very quickly a rescue team rushed to the scene to help him.
01:52 Thanks to a collective effort of these brave people,
01:54 the baby orc was thus rescued to the sea, so that he can join his family in complete safety.
01:59 In India, it is very common to see wild animals such as tigers or leopards
02:05 surrounded by human villages, or even to make small excursions in the night.
02:11 It is indeed because of the ever-growing deforestation and the destruction of their natural environment
02:16 that this very dangerous phenomenon is behind elsewhere.
02:18 Because often, a meeting with one of these terrible carnivores means an assured death,
02:23 or at least horrible injuries that will keep scars alive.
02:26 But the leopard you see in this video is no longer a threat to anyone,
02:31 because as you can see, this unfortunate man got into a hell of a mess.
02:34 Indeed, this beautiful specimen of adult panther, which weighs more than 80 kg,
02:38 found himself stuck in a wall,
02:40 while he wanted to cross a small hole practiced in the latter.
02:44 But here, the leopard had not noticed the barbed wire that was hanging in this place,
02:49 and once he got so stuck in the opening, he found himself in a deadly trap.
02:52 The entanglement of the wires was so dense that the poor animal could no longer move,
02:57 at the risk of lacerating his flesh with the terrible steel spikes.
03:00 He was therefore doomed to die in atrocious suffering.
03:03 But thanks to a rescue team who arrived in time, the leopard was able to be freed from his trap.
03:08 It was certainly necessary to put the powerful carnivore to sleep before approaching him,
03:12 in order to cut the barbed wire and move him from this wall,
03:15 at the risk of obviously getting his hand bitten.
03:17 But everything is fine that ends well finally for this leopard, who almost left his skin there.
03:21 The Merinos is a breed of sheep with extremely abundant tail,
03:27 and which can produce up to 9 kg of wool per year.
03:30 Raised for the latter, these poor sheep literally risk dying if they are not stretched regularly enough.
03:37 And for good reason, their thick tail that never stops growing inexorably,
03:40 ends up suffocating them and causing them a fatal hypothermia, especially in the heat of the heat.
03:45 This poor Merinos that you see on this sequence,
03:48 had moved away from his herd a few years ago.
03:51 And against all odds, he managed to survive during all this time.
03:54 Discovered by hikers who did not believe their eyes when they saw him,
03:58 this sheep could have been saved from a certain death,
04:00 because it was literally crawling under the weight of its own tail.
04:03 His tent thus allowed him to recover 27 kg of wool,
04:06 6 times more than the amount obtained during a normal tent.
04:10 Enough to make a hell of a knit.
04:12 The terrible fire of bruises that fell on Australia during the 2019-2020 season
04:18 had caused a real hecatomb among the fauna and the wildflower.
04:22 In January 2020, more than a billion animals were killed by the flames of this infernal blaze,
04:28 under the powerless gaze of the whole world.
04:30 Endemic species such as kangaroos, koalas, opossums and wombats
04:34 have suffered considerable losses, pushing them inexorably to the brink of extinction.
04:39 In the most sinister regions, there have certainly been vast rescue operations,
04:43 but it took the mobilization of thousands of volunteers to hope to save as many animals as possible.
04:47 In this moving video, you can see the humility and bravery of these good Samaritans
04:53 who did not hesitate to put themselves in serious danger of death
04:55 in order to save these poor animals stuck in the flames.
04:58 The striking images thus show us the rescue of Luis the Koala by a very brave woman
05:03 who literally pulled him out of the flames, in contempt of his own safety.
05:07 Unfortunately, this poor beast was condemned due to the gravity of its burns
05:11 and therefore ultimately had to be euthanized later.
05:14 But this tragic scene quickly went around the globe,
05:16 which made it possible to raise awareness around the world of the Australian disaster
05:20 and to unlock emergency aid in order to save these poor animals from their very sad fate.
05:25 Whether we are a human being or another animal, we all need to drink,
05:31 because water is the essential component of life.
05:33 But could you really give a drink to a dangerous animal,
05:36 in contempt of your own personal safety?
05:39 This young Indian man did not ask himself the question
05:42 and decided to quench his thirst for a Royal Cobra in the middle of a heatwave.
05:47 Look at him helping this dangerous reptile to de-stress,
05:50 even carrying the bottle at the level of his mouth full of venomous crows.
05:54 It is very clear that with the slightest bite, this good Samaritan from Punjab risks his life.
05:59 But as you can see, the snake is not at all hostile or aggressive
06:02 and has real concerns to de-stress his inextinguishable thirst.
06:06 Bears are well known for their gluttony and their gargantuan appetite.
06:11 And we can really tell you that this is not just a preconceived idea.
06:14 Because during hibernation, bears need to ingest as much food as they can find
06:19 and are therefore able to eat everything that is under their claws.
06:22 But you have to believe that some nice teddy bears have such an insatiable appetite
06:26 that the forest is no longer enough to satisfy their needs.
06:29 As a result, some of them do not hesitate to go for a walk on the sides of the road.
06:33 Rather look at these malicious big bears who managed to block a road in Russia
06:36 in order to ask its users for food.
06:39 Several motorists have indeed stopped to feed these furry teddy bears
06:43 who enjoyed their provisions for the least providential.
06:47 Plastic is undoubtedly the biggest enemy of the oceans and the countless creatures that populate them.
06:55 And it is certainly not this poor sea turtle that will tell you the opposite.
06:58 The unfortunate one has indeed stuck a very hard plastic fork in one of its nostrils.
07:02 Probably by swimming in the middle of human debris thrown from a cruise ship.
07:06 As you can see on this unusual sequence,
07:09 the white plastic stencil has deeply stuck in the nasal orifice of the marine reptile.
07:13 Which bothers him greatly in his breathing.
07:15 Fortunately for her, this turtle was spotted by a team of volunteer rescuers
07:19 who are working precisely to protect sea turtles.
07:22 Thanks to its dexterity and the help of a good Swiss knife,
07:25 a brave lifeguard was finally able to remove the fork,
07:28 thus freeing the obstructed nostril of the poor turtle.
07:32 When a whale or a large marine mammal takes a turtle in the mouth,
07:36 it risks living a real nightmare.
07:38 And even worse, it can die of it.
07:41 Because despite their gigantic size, most cetaceans do not have teeth,
07:45 but rather phaenons, a kind of horned blade filled with hair
07:48 which is used to filter seawater and to capture the krill and copepods they feed on.
07:52 Thus, when these phaenons are obstructed by a turtle or human waste,
07:56 these giant sea turtles will no longer be able to feed
07:58 and will be condemned to slowly perish and without any hope of being saved.
08:02 But fortunately for this big whale that you see in this sequence,
08:06 good Samaritans have crossed their path.
08:08 Two young fishermen were indeed giving in to their favorite leisure
08:11 when they noticed the big cetacean who was dangerously approaching their brother the skiff.
08:16 But far from hurting them or even threatening them,
08:18 the poor whale simply started looking at the fishermen directly in the eyes,
08:23 as if to tell them that she needed their help.
08:25 And it was by noticing the big cetacean and the plastic bags that were stuck to his face
08:30 that the latter realized that she was in distress and that she was looking for their help.
08:33 As you can see from these surprising images,
08:36 one of the sailors managed to remove these overwhelming objects from his face,
08:39 thus freeing the sea mammal from its calf.
08:41 The latter, finally relieved, rushed to dive into the water,
08:45 while saluting with his fin these valuable and friendly human beings who saved him.
08:52 Cyclone Florence, which hit North America in 2018,
08:55 had a very heavy balance in human and material losses.
08:58 The American authorities had indeed reported the existence of at least 53 deaths
09:02 related to this terrible hurricane,
09:05 as well as damages estimated at more than 45 billion dollars.
09:09 Although these figures are terrible,
09:10 Cyclone Florence did not cause as much damage as Katrina,
09:15 which had sowed desolation in Louisiana in the summer of 2005.
09:19 But it remains a major hurricane,
09:21 with gusts of wind reaching 220 km/h,
09:24 enough to root down trees and houses,
09:26 or to lift heavy weights such as straw fetuses.
09:28 Fortunately, and thanks to the meteorological survey,
09:31 most of the population had been put on guard,
09:34 and was able to evacuate the devastated areas,
09:36 even before the storm struck them.
09:38 But in the general panic of this evacuation,
09:40 many residents forgot their pets,
09:43 thus abandoning them to a very sad fate.
09:45 The moving sequence you see now on the screen
09:48 shows us the rescue of 6 dogs trapped by the fast rising water.
09:52 The 6 poor dogs had indeed been locked up by their master in their cage,
09:56 but the latter fled when the cyclone arrived,
09:59 without thinking about freeing their pets.
10:02 Fortunately for these nice little doggies,
10:03 a team of volunteer rescuers was able to rescue them in time,
10:06 because with the extremely fast rising of the water,
10:08 there was really one less.
10:10 The 6 dogs were finally able to be saved from drowning,
10:12 and as you can see on these sharp images,
10:14 they were well recognizable to their two human guardian angels.
10:18 And that's it for today!
10:21 What do you think of these 10 totally incredible but true sequences?
10:24 Which one impressed you the most?
