00:20 It is recorded that on August 8, a motorist was able to get a video of the answer

00:25 by the retired police officer who was introduced as Wilfredo Gonzales and a non-named rider of a bicycle.

00:31 The video of the gunshot and pulling of Gonzales' gun was also recorded.

00:35 He was also able to get a sample of the motorist.

00:37 The road rage immediately went viral on social media.

00:40 On August 27, Gonzales went out to a press con with QCPDC Police Brigadier General Nicholas Torre III.
