Today i will make Cashew Watermelon sweet

Ingredients-
1 cup powdered cashew nut
1 cup milk powder
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1 tbs of black sesame seeds काले तिल
1 tbs of desi ghee
1 pinch red food colour
1 pinch green food colour
Method-
Heat a heavy bottom pan on medium heat. Add sugar and water to it. Mix well with a spoon. Let come to a boil and cook another 5 mins till they form one sticky consistency.
Add the cashew powder to it and mix well.,then add milk powder and ghee Mix them for 3-4 mins till the mixture leaves the sides and form a sticky dough.
Transfer the mixture in a plate and let them cool for 5 mins.
Divide the idough into three balls. Colour one ball in red colour and sprinkle some sesame seeds.
Colour another ball with green colour.
Take white ball, roll it into a smooth med size disc. Similarly roll green ball. Place red colour ball in white disc and seal the edges. Now roll to make ball again .
Place this white ball ine flatten green disc now roll to make 1 ball. Similarly prepare all green balls. Now place these balls in refrigerator so that they can cut easily. After 15 minute take out these balls.
Cut into quarters
Now garnish with black sesame seeds ,now they look beautiful
