00:00 It took more than 17 hours before the four warehouses in Pulilan, Bulacan caught fire.

00:07 James Agustin is a witness.

00:09 The fire was so fierce that the firefighters were facing the fire in a warehouse

00:17 until 11 o'clock in the evening in Barangay Dampol 2B in Pulilan, Bulacan.

00:23 The fire was so fierce that the plastic pellets inside the warehouse were quickly blown off.

00:30 The warehouse's roof also gave out fire.

00:32 The fire was put out in less than an hour with five alarms.

00:36 28 firetrucks of BFP and volunteers responded, including some from nearby towns.

00:43 It was almost dawn when the fire was declared under control.

00:48 But the nearby warehouse was already crowded and the roof gave out fire.

00:52 It was past 4 in the early morning and the fire was still raging.

00:55 The problem here is that it's windy.

00:58 It's very open.

01:00 And the materials inside, we can't just enter because the building is already hazardous.

01:08 It's not safe for our responders to go inside.

01:12 Two more warehouses were also caught on fire.

01:15 The employees were able to save some of their equipment.

01:18 It was partially damaged, although there were signs of wear and tear from the heat.

01:23 But we still managed to fix it.

01:26 The owners were able to evacuate their equipment.

01:29 The only thing I could see that was coming out of their equipment was their luggages.

01:34 Because the fire was so fierce,

01:37 the firefighters used AFF Chemical or Aqueous Film Forming Foam

01:42 that is used in highly flammable materials.

01:45 The first warehouse was already crowded.

01:48 It was past 4 in the afternoon when the fire was completely put out.

01:50 According to the BFP, the fire was still raging.

01:53 The total amount of the firewood was still being investigated.
