During a 2008 interview, the actor from "Ek Tha Tiger" playfully recounted his time in jail. Amidst the blackbuck case, while being confined at Jodhpur Central Jail, Salman openly discussed the jail's conditions and how he passed his time there.

00:20 he even had to spend several weeks in jail due to his legal matters.

00:24 In a 2008 interview with a leading news organization, the actor of Ekta Tiger humorously shared

00:30 his experiences of being in jail.

00:33 During the Black Bug case, when Salman was held at Jodhpur Central Jail, he candidly

00:38 talked about the conditions inside the jail and how he spent his time there.

00:42 When the interviewer asked, "How was your time in jail?"

00:46 Salman playfully responded, "It was fun."

00:48 He then burst into laughter when she replied, "Really?"

00:52 She acknowledged that her question was like to elicit such a response, "I was blank.

00:56 I was chilling.

00:57 The only tension was the bathroom.

00:59 That was it.

01:01 And three, four times, I have gone in and out of it.

01:07 When you know you haven't done it, you go in head high."

01:11 He shared, "When it comes to police custody here, yeah, there were around nine or ten

01:17 rooms, with each room accommodating nine to ten people, just one bathroom and toilet.

01:23 Then there was the rest of the space in Central Jail.

01:26 Once you are transferred to judicial custody, you get your own suite there."

01:30 Salman continued by discussing the people he encountered and interacted with in prison.

01:35 "Once a week, then you get one caddy who will give you a chai in the morning.

01:39 The same guy will come and get you the lunch.

01:42 There is one guard outside.

01:43 You get this one mug that you have your chai in it and wash it.

01:47 Then you have dal chawal in it.

01:49 Use it to take shower.

01:50 Use it to do whatever you want to do.

01:52 In jail, I used to do a lot of push-ups and crunches.

01:55 I would work out two times a day."

01:57 He added when he asked how he passed his time while in jail.
