00:18 And I'm like, what is going on?
00:21 I figured he never saw his reflection before.
00:25 And then I found out after a couple more hours
00:28 that this is just something that he does all the time.
00:31 He is just hilarious.
00:34 I can be mad at him for swatting chicken off my plate,
00:37 but then he does that.
00:39 And I'm like, okay, it's fine.
00:40 No big deal.
00:41 He was found in Long Island roaming the streets.
00:49 He had this blue bedazzled collar,
00:51 but no tag and no microchip.
00:53 So he belonged to somebody.
00:56 My sister was working at an animal hospital at the time
00:59 and she messaged me a list of a bunch of animals
01:02 that were at this hospital that needed a home.
01:05 I sent out text messages to everybody,
01:07 including my boyfriend.
01:08 He wasn't interested in getting a pet really.
01:11 He responds, "I like the gray one."
01:14 I internally was freaking out.
01:17 I'm like, yes, I can't wait.
01:19 I'm gonna go tell my sister right away,
01:20 reserve this cat, do not give this cat to anybody else.
01:23 Immediately he got along with us.
01:25 He's just like roaming around the house,
01:28 not nervous at all, no meowing.
01:30 Like just, you know, this is my home now.
01:32 It's really random, but I think I know why he's begging.
01:43 It's really anything other than a toy that he can't get yet.
01:47 Or, you know, if I haven't played with him for a while,
01:49 let's go across the hall or across the room
01:52 and just like stare at you and just beg.
01:53 When I'm getting his food ready,
01:56 he'll be sitting there either literally on the countertops
01:59 or he'll be sitting begging.
02:01 Sometimes there'll be like a fly in the house
02:03 and he's just like begging at the ceiling.
02:05 I'm like, either it's a ghost or it's a fly.
02:07 I can be not paying attention to him
02:09 if he's like meowing at me
02:10 and I'll look down and he'll just be begging.
02:12 He loves bird watching.
02:13 When he begs out the window, he will beg a mile a minute
02:16 and then his tail will go wagging,
02:18 he'll do the little chirp thing.
02:19 All the emotions that cats have,
02:21 like he has at the window.

02:26 He's super expressive.
02:27 He just has a thousand meows.
02:30 He uses it all the time.
02:31 He's not a silent cat.
02:33 He has this like anxious, like meow.
02:35 He's like a really sharp, like what's going on?
02:38 When he wants food, it's the same.
02:41 Mama toad meow.
02:42 I put him in the harness.
02:47 I attach him to a long rope
02:50 and I have my eyes on him constantly
02:51 'cause I don't trust him to wander off
02:53 'cause that's how I got him
02:54 and I don't want anybody else to have him.
02:56 He just like makes our lives happier.
