Students under Special Education (SpEd), accompanied by parents and teachers participate in the Brigada Eskwela Kick Off of NOH School for Crippled Children in Quezon City on Friday, August 18, 2023 in preparation for the opening of classes on August 29.   The school's Brigada Eskwela chairman Ayana Quino said that parents should enroll their children with special needs in school to boost their self confidence and develop their whole being.
