Gus Poyet believes Pochettino can coach and develop Chelsea's young players and surprise teams this season

00:17 That's why the 25, 26, 27 players, they're still young, but they have enough experience, maybe more than 200 games.

00:24 It's the ones that give you consistency.

00:26 But the thing I'm pleased the most, always thinking about the coach, is a team made for Pochettino.
