00:00 We're on scene in Mission Hills at a car dealership with a fatal auto versus pedestrian.

00:04 Horrific details emerge in the death of Catherine McPhee and David Foster's nanny.

00:10 It was just a horrible experience. I just, I'm still kind of shaking up about it.

00:14 ET has confirmed the child's caretaker, whose name the couple isn't sharing at this time,

00:19 died after she was struck by a car.

00:22 A 56-year-old female customer was ran over and found unconscious with bystanders performing CPR.

00:33 just outside of Los Angeles last week.

00:35 We heard the loud boom noise. It was like a bomb.

00:39 On Wednesday, an 84-year-old woman got behind the wheel of an SUV in a glass-enclosed area,

00:45 then drove into McPhee's nanny, crashed through a glass wall, dragging her more than 20 feet,

00:51 before coming to a stop inside the building.

00:53 The Fire Department shared video from the aftermath to Instagram.

00:57 Two employees were also injured, a 23-year-old male with an arm laceration

01:01 and a 35-year-old male with head and foot injuries.

01:04 The adult males were transported in fair to serious condition,

01:09 and the adult female was transported in grave condition and sadly was pronounced dead at the hospital.

01:15 The elderly female driver of the car had no obvious or expressed injury

01:20 and therefore declined the offered ambulance transport.

01:30 The couple, who are parents to two-year-old son Rennie,

01:32 hinted at a horrible tragedy on Friday when Catherine shared this message on

01:37 Instagram amid her and David's Hitman tour, telling her fans in Jakarta, Indonesia,

01:42 that it's with a heavy heart she had to miss their shows on Friday and Saturday,

01:46 the final concert dates on their Asia run.

01:48 A lot of special surprises, including my wife, Catherine.

01:52 Without revealing what happened, Catherine explained,

01:54 "David and I have had a horrible tragedy in our family and at least one of us

01:58 needs to get back home to our family."

02:00 Apologizing for her absence, Catherine promised to return one day to perform for the Asian audiences.

02:06 It's unclear whether their little one was traveling with his parents on the tour.

02:11 She's a fantastic mother. I mean, like an amazing mother. And we're having the best time.

02:16 It's just so precious because it's just a moment in time that you know is not going to last forever,

02:21 and so you just, from my perspective, I just cherish it.
