On a foreign planet in the future, a new government has been installed. However, an important mining town governed by humans was abruptly taken over by a robot-led rebel group. The commander of the intelligence center Gaifeng ordered his younger brother Xinghuo to the mining town to carry out an assignment in order to take out the opposing leader.
