00:00 Lions are the most fearless and ferocious predators in Africa.
00:05 Not many animals will mess with the lions unless they outnumber them.
00:10 Like hyenas for instance, or perhaps even wild dogs.
00:14 Together, wild dogs are probably the most successful hunters in the bush.
00:19 These two African wild dogs turn this antelope to shreds and pull out the entrails in seconds.
00:26 These dogs are ruthless when it comes to their food.
00:29 This wildebeest is in grave danger.
00:32 Some dogs grip the muzzle of the wildebeest, while others bite at the wildebeest's backside.
00:37 I'm not sure how long this tugging from one side to the other will last,
00:41 but the wildebeest is clearly in a lot of pain.
00:45 When the honey badger is the opponent, it could be a fascinating matchup.
00:49 Honey badgers are already known to be psychotic,
00:52 so I don't know how they'll handle the swarm of wild dogs.
00:56 The dogs are aware that the badgers can bite.
00:59 These brave animals never know the meaning of fear.
01:03 It's perplexing how wild dogs can dismember a massive antelope in seconds,
01:10 but have trouble with a 30-pound honey badger.
01:14 Wild dog puppies are usually taken care of by their mothers
01:22 until they start searching for food on their own.
01:26 But at their young age, they are still vulnerable at all times,
01:32 especially since their mothers had to leave them alone in the search to feed them.
01:37 At this point, the desperate lions will not miss this opportunity to take advantage of it.

02:12 But if one day the adults want revenge,
02:15 they can band together to defeat a lone lion if they so choose.
02:19 And this is why we must recognize that even when spiders unite,
02:28 they can tie a lion.
