Spectacled Caiman Spotted in North Taiwan

A spectacled caiman, which is a type of small crocodile, was spotted in Sanxia, northern Taiwan. Investigators caught it and returned it to its owner — who faces a nearly US$500 fine and three hours of crocodile-care classes.
