Toshakhana case: PTI chairman's plea to restore defense right set for hearing

00:09 The day the Chairman PTI was sentenced, a day before that, the Islamabad High Court issued a notice for the removal of the right to defend.
00:18 And next week, it was instructed to decide the case.
00:21 In accordance with the same order, the Registrar's Office has decided to hear the case on 10th August.
00:28 This is the same case in which the Chairman PTI wanted to present four private witnesses in the Tosha Khana case.
00:34 But the Session Court rejected this request and rejected the request for the removal of the right to defend.
00:40 The Chairman PTI challenged him in the High Court and the High Court issued a notice and instructed to decide for next week.
00:47 And now, on this request, Chief Justice Amir Farooq will conclude on 10th August.
