00:04 the residents of Alipunga are facing more problems.

00:08 A barangay needs to supply more medicine to Alipunga and Leptospirosis.

01:59 The barangay is calling for help because they have run out of medicines for leptospirosis and alipunga.

02:04 Governor Daniel Fernando of Bulacan said they still have supplies of medicine.

02:08 He can ask the health offices in the municipality and even the capital.

02:14 He will also send a message to President Bongbong Marcos that he is expecting to go to Bulacan on Monday

02:17 for the long-term flood solution that they have presented to the Congress and the private sector.

02:23 This includes mass dredging or digging in large rivers like the Pampanga River,

02:29 crossing the flood management master plan,

02:31 constructing a mega-dike from Bataan to Cavite, and constructing an additional dam or water reservoir.

02:38 The governor also mentioned the closed gate of Busos Dam,

02:43 which is one of the reasons why flooding in the province is so severe.

02:47 Gate number 5 is closed.

02:49 Three years have passed and it is still not closed.

02:50 What if suddenly someone comes?

02:52 It is even stronger.

02:54 That is scary because when the gates are open,

02:57 Bulacan will be flooded.

03:00 According to the National Irrigation Administration,

03:03 the closed rubber gate has no effect.

03:05 Even if it is not broken, it cannot stop the water that is coming.

03:11 We should ask, are the drainage systems okay?

03:15 Why is the water not coming out of the drainage systems?

03:17 Aside from Busos Dam, the loss of Ipo Dam water is also being blamed.
