Yorkshire's very own superhero has dived into a giant mug of tea to celebrate the county's day.

The hilarious video shows 'Yorkshire Man' jumping into a 8ft tall mug that holds over 5,000 litres of tea to celebrate Yorkshire Day, which is taking place today (August 1).

Festivities are taking place all over the region to celebrate the celebratory day, which was launched in 1975 to promote the county.
