Permanent jobs, sources of livelihood key to poverty reduction - Gadon | Business Politics

According to Sec. Lorenzo ‘Larry’ Gadon, presidential adviser for poverty alleviation, his strategy for reducing poverty is redistributing the 56% percent of the work force currently in service sectors to industrial and agricultural sectors. He says that contractualization prevents the working classes from having a stable income.
