00:00 The Summer Skate Ball is an annual event hosted by Potter Newton Park Rollers and the Leeds

00:07 Playhouse and this year it's all day on Saturday the 5th of August.

00:12 First things first it's going to be a pram roller skate. Newborns, babies in your prams

00:19 with the parents rolling around, we're here to help them and one of the advantages of

00:24 this is that the parents can get out and get a bit of exercise and meet other parents.

00:29 And it's hosted in conjunction with Boom Chicka Boom.

00:31 After that we're going to be doing a family skate and there's also going to be a DJ workshop

00:37 there as well.

00:38 We're going to have a dance workshop and then just to cap off the evening we're going to

00:42 be having our Summer Skate Ball. It's just to impress so come out in all your best gear

00:48 and come out with your lights and sparkles all that jazz and yeah we're going to have

00:53 DJ Juice on the decks spinning the best vibes so you know it's going to be a good vibe.
