00:15 President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. has accepted the courtesy resignation of 18 Philippine National Police officials

00:28 who are high-ranking generals and colonels.

00:30 This is because of their involvement in illegal drugs,

00:34 where more than 100 third-level officers were accused by the Nooy Binuong Ad-Hoc Advisory Group.

00:40 The officials were relieved of their positions and were placed in the PNP's personnel and holding accounting unit.

00:49 The officials' names were released by the palace one day after the President mentioned this in his area.

00:56 Unscrupulous law enforcers and others involved in the highly nefarious drug trade have been exposed.
