00:00 The State of Public Health Emergency for COVID-19 has been lifted.

00:04 Based on the proclamation No. 297 issued by President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.,

00:10 all emergency use authorization issued by the Food and Drug Administration

00:15 will be valid for a year from the date the State of Public Health Emergency was lifted

00:22 so that the remaining vaccines against COVID-19 can be used up.

00:25 It is also ordered to government agencies that their policies

00:30 or regulations will be in accordance with the lifting of the public health emergency.

00:34 The proclamation also states that although the concern of COVID-19 remains serious,

00:39 the country still maintains sufficient healthcare system capacity.
