00:02 My name is Richard from London.
00:14 We always say it's like Christmas day for us,
00:22 the Tour de France, and you can see today,
00:24 the atmosphere that's here is just fantastic.
00:29 (crowd cheering)
00:32 We enjoy the cycling.
00:35 We came out to the Tour de France 2009,
00:37 just a couple of us.
00:38 And yeah, we dressed as beef eaters,
00:44 and we've been back every year since then.
00:46 Six of us, we share the passion for cycling,
00:52 and we love to get everyone together
00:55 from different countries to celebrate the sport of cycling,
01:00 and a beautiful, beautiful setting.
01:01 When we were planning to come out,
01:10 we said, we've got to be where the beef eaters are,
01:13 'cause we knew there'd be a party.
01:15 We could have a dance, good music, lots of fun.
01:18 It's lived up to everything I expected it to.
01:22 It's as crazy as I thought.
01:23 It's good fun, yeah.

01:29 Cycling is a global, international sport.
01:33 It's an absolute celebration of humanity,
01:36 of community, of people just enjoying themselves
01:39 and forgetting about your day-to-day worries and everything.
01:43 It's just brilliant, absolutely brilliant.
