Farmers' group lauds Marcos for fulfilling his pledge in last year's SONA

Former agriculture secretary and chairman of Federation of Free Farmers Leonardo Montemayor congratulated President Marcos for fulfilling his pledge in the last SONA on the passage of the 'New Agrarian Emancipation Act'. However, Montemayor said many beneficiaries or potential agrarian reform beneficiaries are yet to be fully covered by the land transfer component.
