New research released on Monday 9th March reveals that one third of British women over the age of 30 experiences LAI (light adult incontinence) in the UK. LAI is on the increase but as women are too embarrassed to seek help it remains one of the last female medical taboos. As someone who has experienced light adult incontinence after the birth of her fourth child, Ulrika Jonsson is available to discuss this normally guarded subject.
